Having been a leader in external tubular coatings for many years and recognizing the need for new casing coating technology that could withstand oil field corrosion conditions, as well as be tough enough to survive the treatment casing takes in its normal handling operations, we have further developed our original Bond-Coat external casing to suit this type of application.
Our new oil and gas casing/tubing corrosion control product, Flint-Coat, is an actual flint reinforced coating that can be applied from tip to tip on the casing / tubing. This anti-corrosion coating is strong enough to withstand the trip downhole as well as the extreme forces from normal handling tools.
